TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Toyota New Zealand’s Facebook and Instagram Prize Giveaways and Promotions Terms and Conditions apply to this promotion, unless otherwise specified below.
2. Every customer who has executed a Vehicle Offer and Sale Agreement and takes delivery of a Used or Demo vehicle from Blenheim Toyota, Rangiora Toyota, Ashburton Toyota and South Canterbury Toyota (“Dealership”) between 01 October 2022 and 15 December 2022 is eligible to be in the Prize Draw to win $5,000.
3. Entry to the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per vehicle purchased; and excludes vehicles purchased by vehicle wholesalers.
4. To be enter the Prize Draw the Dealership will provide the customer’s details (first name, last name, company name (if relevant), email, phone number, vehicle registration) to an independent auditor, who will conduct the Prize Draw on 15 December 2022.
5. Customer can choose to opt out of the Prize Draw by selecting this option on the competition entry form, which they will be provided at the time of taking delivery of their vehicle.
6. There are four prizes of $5,000 each and one winner will be drawn from the pool of eligible entries at each Dealership, for a total of four winners.
7. Each entry will only be included in the Prize Draw at the Dealership where the vehicle was purchased.
8. Offer is subject to stock availability.
9. Winners will be identified during the live Prize Draw on the Blenheim Toyota, Rangiora Toyota, Kaiapoi Toyota, Ashburton Toyota, South Canterbury Toyota respective Facebook pages on 15 December 2022
10. Winners will be notified via phone or email within 48 hours of the Prize Draw taking place.
11. Customers need to ensure their contact details are up to date at the time of the Prize Draw.
12. The prize money will be deposited into the winners nominated bank account on 16 December 2022.
13. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or discount.
14. If we are unable to reach a winner after 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new Prize Draw will be conducted.
15. Toyota New Zealand, the McDermid Auto Collective and their associated Dealerships accept no responsibility for any tax liability that may arise from the receipt of the prize.
16. McDermid Auto Collective may change these terms and conditions if necessary to allow the Prize Draw to run as intended. 
17. Employees of Toyota New Zealand, Toyota Financial Services, Blenheim Toyota, Rangiora Toyota, Kaiapoi Toyota, Ashburton Toyota, South Canterbury Toyota and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
